Main Features

Machine suitable for the preparation of anchovy paste, pate and creamy pastes in general.
Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Toothed rotor and stator machine system. Fully inspectable grinding chamber for easy cleaning. Stainless steel 50-liter truncated conical hopper.
Distance between rotor and stator adjustable to vary paste particle size.


