Description

Continuous machine for peeling anchovies or salted sardines for filleting.

Equipped with a first collection tray, where the product mixed with brine is detached.
On the first washing tank, the product is treated with warm or hot brine, depending on the degree of maturity of the product.
On the second tank, with hot brine from 70° to 90° C, the product is peeled.
On the third tank with cold brine, the product is re-cured.
The transfer of the product from the first to the last tank takes place via stainless steel mesh lifting belts.
The brine pumps are made of stainless steel with backward impellers.
The three washing hoppers can be inspected via hatches.
